1. ABOUT US
Bea’s Bakehouse offers baked goods including cookies, cupcakes, cakes, mixed boxes, custom boxes, and other bakery products.
Orders are currently available for store pickup only.
We do not currently offer delivery.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO ORDER
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate
- You are legally capable of entering into the transaction
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method
- You have reviewed the order details before purchase
3. PRODUCTS
We aim to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, and pricing as accurately as reasonably possible.
Because many products are handmade, actual products may have reasonable variations in:
- Appearance
- Colour
- Decoration
- Shape
- Finish
- Placement of toppings or decorative elements
Such natural handmade variation does not necessarily mean a product is faulty.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities
- Discontinue products
- Update flavours
- Change availability
- Refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary
If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.
5. PRICING
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Prices may change without prior notice.
The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed and accepted at checkout, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable law.
6. ORDERS
An order is not necessarily accepted merely because it has been submitted.
We may contact you if:
- Information is incomplete
- A product is unavailable
- Pickup details require clarification
- A custom request cannot be fulfilled
- There is a pricing or technical error
- We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
7. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders may not be prepared or confirmed until required payment has been successfully received.
8. STORE PICKUP
Bea’s Bakehouse currently provides store pickup only.
Customers are responsible for:
- Choosing the correct pickup date
- Choosing the correct pickup time where applicable
- Arriving at the correct pickup location
- Providing accurate contact information
- Collecting the order within the agreed pickup window
9. LATE OR MISSED PICKUP
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they expect to be late.
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee product quality or continued availability following a missed pickup.
Missed orders caused by customer non-collection are generally not refundable, except where required by law.
10. CUSTOM ORDERS
Customers are responsible for reviewing all custom order details before confirmation.
This may include:
- Names
- Spelling
- Colours
- Flavours
- Quantities
- Dates
- Design instructions
- Personalised messages
Reasonable handmade variation may occur.
11. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable New Zealand law.
12. ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for reviewing available product and allergen information and informing Bea’s Bakehouse of relevant dietary or allergy concerns before ordering.
Customers with severe allergies should contact Bea’s Bakehouse before placing an order to discuss suitability.
No product should be assumed to be allergen-free unless expressly confirmed by Bea’s Bakehouse.
13. WEBSITE USE
You must not:
- Use the website unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Interfere with website security
- Introduce malicious code
- Copy website content unlawfully
- Use the website to commit fraud
- Submit false or misleading information
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text, and original materials belonging to Bea’s Bakehouse may be protected by applicable intellectual property law.
