STORE PICKUP POLICY

Bea’s Bakehouse currently offers store pickup only.
We do not offer shipping or delivery.
1. STORE PICKUP ONLY
All orders placed through our website must be collected from the pickup location confirmed during the ordering process or in your order confirmation.
No delivery or shipping service is currently available.
2. PICKUP DATE AND TIME
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup date and, where applicable, the correct pickup time.
Please review your pickup details carefully before completing your order.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, customers should review their order confirmation carefully.
Please contact Bea’s Bakehouse promptly if you notice an error in:
- Customer name
- Contact information
- Products ordered
- Quantity
- Flavour
- Box size
- Pickup date
- Pickup time
- Customisation details
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after preparation has begun.
4. COLLECTING YOUR ORDER
When collecting an order, you may be asked to provide:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Order confirmation
- Other reasonable identifying order details
5. LATE PICKUP
If you expect to arrive late, please contact Bea’s Bakehouse as soon as possible.
Because our products are fresh and perishable, we cannot guarantee product quality where an order is collected significantly later than the confirmed pickup time.
6. MISSED PICKUP
Orders not collected at the agreed date and time due to customer non-attendance are generally not eligible for:
- Refund
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Store credit
This is subject to applicable New Zealand law.
7. CHANGES TO PICKUP DETAILS
Requests to change a pickup date or time should be made as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed, particularly after preparation has begun.
8. RESPONSIBILITY AFTER COLLECTION
Once an order has been collected, the customer is responsible for:
- Safe transportation
- Appropriate handling
- Appropriate storage
- Refrigeration where required
- Protecting the product from excessive heat
- Preventing tilting, dropping, or other physical damage
9. CHECKING YOUR ORDER
Where reasonably possible, we recommend checking your order at pickup.
If you believe you have received the wrong order or there is a genuine issue, please notify Bea’s Bakehouse as soon as possible.
